The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced dates for the documentation and body selection exercise for applicants seeking to join the Army, Navy and Air Force.
The exercise is scheduled to take place from Monday, September 28 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Applicants who have successfully progressed in the Ghana Armed Forces recruitment and enlistment process are expected to report to designated centres for the next stage of the selection exercise.
Ghana Armed Forces Enlistment Centres
The documentation and body selection exercise will be conducted at various locations across the Northern and Southern sectors.
Northern Sector
- 4 Infantry Battalion, Uaddara Barracks, Kumasi – Potential Army, Navy and Air Force cadets.
Southern Sector
- Nicholson Stadium – Potential Army cadets.
- Air Force Base, Accra – Potential Navy and Air Force cadets.
The exercise forms part of the Ghana Armed Forces enlistment process, which includes the assessment and selection of eligible applicants seeking careers in Ghana’s military services.
Qualified Ghana Armed Forces Applicants to Receive SMS
The Ghana Armed Forces has indicated that qualified applicants will be contacted via text message regarding the documentation and body selection exercise.
Applicants are therefore encouraged to monitor their mobile phones for official communication and follow the instructions provided in any recruitment-related SMS.
