The Ghana Security Services is offering possibilities for recruitment through a “Data Gathering Form,” according to a bogus recruitment message that has been making the rounds on social media. The Ministry of the Interior has taken notice of this.
The communication mentions the June 10, 2025, submission date and provides a URL (https://forms.gle/TQ5pXEB22i1S1H5P9).
The Ministry would like to clarify that this message is UNAUTHORIZED and FALSE.
The Interior Ministry would like to make the following clarifications:
- The Ministry of the Interior has not authorised any individual, group, or third-party platform or provided a Google Form link to conduct recruitment or collect data on its behalf.
- All legitimate recruitment processes for the Security Services are advertised through the national dailies.
- No recruitment is conducted via Google Forms or similar platforms.
The public is advised to ignore this bogus mail, refrain from revealing personal information, and not click on the offered link.
Using such links could lead to money loss, identity theft, or other online crimes.
