On November 24, 2022, the day the Black Stars take on Portugal in their opening match of the World Cup being played in Qatar, former president John Mahama has extended an invitation to Ghanaians to join him in his office.
He urged Ghanaians in a statement on social media to “enjoy the beauty of football” and support the Black Stars against Portugal on Thursday.
