Ghana’s Health Sector Takes Centre Stage in New EngagementGhana’s Ministry of Health is set to host a major Health Sector Update and Engagement focused on the progress, priorities and future direction of the country’s health system.
The engagement, organised under the theme “Strengthening Ghana’s Health Systems, Progress, Priorities and the Way Forward,” will provide an opportunity to discuss key developments within the health sector and the steps being taken to strengthen healthcare delivery across the country.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, 7 October 2026, at 12:30 p.m. prompt, at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.
The programme is expected to bring together stakeholders and members of the public for an important conversation on Ghana’s healthcare priorities, ongoing progress and the way forward.
