Musah Attah, popularly known as “Kromo,” has reportedly been identified among suspects arrested in connection with a cocaine shipment allegedly transported from Ghana to France.
According to the Crime Check Foundation (CCF), Kromo previously served as a presidential bodyguard before leaving the position over concerns about his reported salary of GH¢6,000.
The CCF further alleged that following his departure from the Presidency, Kromo later became associated with the East Legon Executive Club.
The organisation said that approximately three months after leaving his position at the Presidency, Kromo was arrested in connection with the alleged cocaine shipment to France.
The circumstances surrounding his former role as a presidential security officer, his reported departure from the Presidency and the subsequent arrest have attracted attention as investigations into the Ghana-France cocaine shipment case continue.
The allegations concerning Kromo’s employment history and circumstances of his departure have been attributed to the Crime Check Foundation. His reported arrest does not, by itself, establish guilt, and the allegations remain subject to the ongoing legal process.
