President John Dramani Mahama has launched a strategic Presidential Dialogue with Ghana’s private sector, calling for daring partnerships to boost economic growth and national development.
“We must work to make Ghana West Africa’s production hub,” the President stated, asking businesses to take advantage of the country’s hosting of the African Continental Free commerce Area Secretariat to boost commerce, industrialisation, and regional competitiveness.
President Mahama highlighted the importance of long-term investment in sports development.
““No country achieves sporting excellence without deliberate funding systems.”
He urged the private sector to strongly support the Ghana Sports Fund, saying, “I invite corporate Ghana to view this not as charity but as a partnership for national development”.
