A request for proposals from qualified vendors, suppliers, and organizations to supply and install dialysis machines at a few hospitals in Ghana has been made public by the Ministry of Health (MoH).
Enhancing the nation’s ability to offer life-saving kidney care services is the goal of this effort.
The Ministry says interested and qualified organizations must submit detailed proposals that include the technical details of the dialysis machines being offered, show that they have experience and a track record of providing and installing similar medical equipment, and include plans for after-sales service and maintenance.
A thorough cost breakdown and precise delivery dates should also be included in proposals.
The Ministry emphasized that all prior announcements pertaining to the purchase of dialysis machines are superseded by this advertisement.
September 9, 2025 is the day on which bids must be submitted.
Interested and eligible entities are urged to submit thorough proposals that include:
• Technical Specifications of the dialysis machines being offered.
• Experience and Track Record in supplying and installing similar medical equipment.
• After-Sales Service and Maintenance plans.
• Delivery Timelines and detailed cost breakdowns.
