The marriage between the late Charles Kwadwo Fosuh and Akosua Fosuh, which was recorded in Bornheim, Germany on December 23, 2004, under registry number E 142/2004, has been affirmed as lawful by the German Embassy in Accra.
The Embassy claims that the marriage was still enforceable until Mr. Fosuh’s death on July 26, 2025.
