Legendary Nigerian musician 2Baba has refuted claims that he is mentally unstable, accusing some family members of launching a risky smear campaign against him and focusing on his partner, Natasha.
The singer claimed in a video posted online that his new relationship is in danger due to the same interference that harmed his marriage to Annie Idibia.
He said, “My family destroyed my marriage with Annie. Now they are after Natasha. She’s getting death threats.”
2Baba emphasized that he is in good physical and mental health and mentioned that he recently gave a performance in Abuja.
“Anyone with eyes knows I’m alright.Stop painting me as unstable,” he remarked.
He asked his family and the public to keep out of his personal life and denounced what he called fabrications and lies.
“I’m not going to be quiet anymore,” the singer said, adding that he will soon provide additional information.
