Reggie Rockstone is one of the most recent well-known casualties of the catastrophic floods that hit Accra on Monday after the city’s drainage systems were overloaded by hours of nonstop rain.
Reggie Rockstone and his family were allegedly stranded on the first floor of their house while filthy floodwater flooded the complex and hallway below, according to a video posted on X.com.
His cars, couches, and other household objects were seen in the video drenched in mud.

A number of snakes were seen in the stagnant floodwater surrounding the property, which heightened the anxiety.
Kaneshie, Mallam, Spintex, Weija, Achimota, and Madina were among the areas most severely affected by the water, while several locations throughout the capital saw the loss of products, cars, and personal possessions.
The Ghana National Fire Service and NADMO have been sent to help the impacted locals.
