September 14–18, 2025, will be the dates of the last four-day burial ceremonies [Doteyie] for the late Asantehemaa, Nana Konadu Yiadom III.
The four-day funeral is scheduled for today at the Manhyia palace during the one-week commemoration.
The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, announced that all funerals will be prohibited starting on September 1, 2025, until after the Asantehemaa’s funeral.
