Bora Capital Advisors has been appointed as the new Fund Manager of CDH Balanced Fund Plc., effective October 1, 2026, in a move expected to strengthen the fund’s investment management and shareholder value creation.
Confirming the appointment, Board Chairman Lawyer Emmanuel Amissah challenged Bora Capital Advisors to provide superior investment management services aimed at growing the fund and delivering sustainable value to shareholders.
