“Whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” Mark 11:23, NKJV.
We all face mountains in life. They may seem big and permanent.
They are usually the huge and tremendous problems in our lives, marriage, health, finances, and careers that are decidedly immovable or unsurmountable.
It is good to pray about everything but per the scriptures quoted, we must also learn to speak to mountainous problems and situations. If very filthy people open their mouths to curse and it comes to pass, then, with faith. we must speak to our mountains and if we don’t doubt, they would listen to our commands and we would have results.
Beloved, if we don’t speak to our mountains, they would speak to us. The negative thoughts and fears about our challenging situations, are a show of our mountains speaking to us. But we must either avoid this or counter it by speaking directly to what worry us and commanding them to cease or move away. In other words, instead of allowing our mountains to speak fear, hopelessness, anxiety and paranoia just to cripple us, let’s courageously speak to them in faith and we would see great results psychologically and also tangibly.
It is not always about praying to God and crying about troubling situations. It is about marshaling the faith and confidence in Christ to boldly declare, invoke and command mountains in our lives to move and Jesus tells us, we would have our desired results.
So what are our problems and mountains? Let’s speak healing to our sicknesses, let’s speak peace to our chaotic situations, let’s speak success and prosperity to our poverty, let’s speak courage to our fears and generally, let’s tell tell our mountains today to move away.
Let us exercise our faith now.
