On the Kasoa-Cape Coast highway, SHS students were involved in a collision.

Yesterday near the Gomoa Buduatta crossroads in the Central area, an STC bus carrying SHS students from Kasoa to Cape Coast crashed. According to accounts, the GT-1079-20 bus somersaulted after colliding with a tipper truck from Winneba.

Many schools in the Central Area were represented among the students on the bus.

It happened early on Monday morning. While some victims have been rescued, others are still trapped within the bus wreck. On the scene to assist are rescuers from the Ghana National Fire Service and other emergency organizations.
