The president will receive the final report from the constitution review committee today, December 22, 2025, according to government spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu.

For months, the Committee, chaired by Prof. H. Kwesi Prempeh, has been soliciting national input on proposed amendments to several sections of Ghana’s 1992 Constitution.

“At 2pm today, the Constitution Review Committee will present their final report to the President,” he stated.

Additionally, the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice will return to the Government Accountability Series at 11 a.m. today to reveal information about an investigation into a prominent corruption case involving a politically exposed individual.

His social media post said:

 “A busy week to wrap up the year.

  1. At 11am this morning, the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice returns to the Government Accountability Series to unveil details of an investigation into a high-profile corruption case involving a politically exposed person.
  2. At 2pm today, the Constitution Review Committee will present their final report to the President
  3. Tomorrow, the National Airline Task Force will present their report to the President.
