The camp of NPP flagbearer candidate Kennedy Agyapong has received a warning from Prophet Nigel Gaisie before to the party’s early presidential primaries, which are set for January 31, 2026.
The head of Prophetic Hill Chapel stated in a Facebook post that he does not wish to be associated with the campaign and accused Kennedy Agyapong’s team of manipulating his films to fit their political agenda.
“Somebody should tell Kennedy’s team to stop editing my videos to suit their interest,” he wrote. “I am still the Nigel Gaisie.”
He asserted that Kennedy Agyapong had once lied about him and implied that he may have been imprisoned if Hon. Theresa Awuni hadn’t intervened.
“Kennedy lied about me, but for Hon. Theresa Awuni, I would have been in jail by now,” he said.
Prophet Gaisie cautioned the team against involving him in any manner and emphasised that he had no political or personal stake in the NPP candidate’s campaign.
“I have no private interest in their campaign. They should not invite me, if not, 30 percent kraaa dey no go get.” he declared.
He reiterated the caution and expressed his desire to avoid the process altogether.
“Again, they should not annoy me or invite me. I am thinking about myself,” he continued.
Prophet Gaisie criticised Kennedy Agyapong’s aptitude for leadership in his most forceful declaration.
He wrote, “Kennedy is a dangerous character and must not be allowed close to power.”
He clarified his position at the end of the piece with yet another warning.
“Nobody should invite me because I will be very, very rough,” he said.
The post was made in advance of the New Patriotic Party’s January 31, 2026, early flagbearer primaries.
