GCB Bank PLC has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday, April 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with shareholders set to consider a number of important resolutions, including the bank’s 2025 financial statements, board matters, and a proposed dividend declaration for the year ended December 31, 2025.

According to the amended notice, the meeting will be held in person at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Auditorium and also broadcast virtually through the bank’s AGM platform, its official Facebook and YouTube pages, and GTV.

This hybrid arrangement is intended to give shareholders wider access and ensure that those unable to attend physically can still follow proceedings and participate in the governance process of the bank.
