The 13th African Games will be held in Accra, Ghana, from March 8–23 of next year, and our country, Ghana, is prepared to host the entire continent.

The body tasked by the state through the government with organizing the Continental Games is the Local Organizing Committee.

To date, the Committee has been diligently working to make sure that the nation successfully hosts the Games.

The African Union, the Association of National Olympic Committees, and the African Union Sports Council are its partners in this initiative. The teamwork has been fantastic.

A sports event will take place in our nation with participation from 55 nations. Since the Games’ start in the 1960s, our cherished nation has never hosted them. The University of Ghana and Borteyman, two of the venues’ contractors, are all working diligently to achieve the deadline.

The Local Organizing Committee members and its different subcommittees are working extremely hard to provide the country with an amazing hosting and organization. Every Ghanaian is welcome to take part in this preparation and hosting, as I said in my previous essay. The LOC invites all of the nation’s boys and daughters to participate in this endeavor.

Ghana is prepared; join us.
