Senior U.S. Department of Justice/FBI officials engage in discussions with the Office of the Special Prosecutor

Senior officials from the Department of Justice (DOJ), including special agents of the FBI have held discussions with Directors of the OSP.

The talks centered on fostering collaboration, coordinating parallel investigations, and providing training assistance. In addition, officials from DOJ and the FBI shared valuable insights and experiences related to the investigation and prosecution of cases involving fraud and public corruption.

The DOJ and FBI delegation was led by Arun Rao, Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department’s Civil Division, whilst the OSP included Sammy Darko, Director of Strategy, Research & Communications, and Dr. Isidore Tufuor, Director of Prosecutions.
