The Fire Service Ladies Association (FISLA) wing of Tema Region climaxed its Pink Month with series of activities at the Regional Headquarters.
The Tema Regional President of FISLA, DO III Vida Narh, praised the ladies for their massive turnout and urged them to maintain their support for the forward advancement of the association.
The 3 weeks program which was climaxed on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 with a health talk, aimed at creating awareness of breast cancer amongst the members of the association. Other activities such as a well attended health walk and a breast screening exercise were conducted for the ladies by the association.

The Tema Regional Fire Commander, ACFO I Doris Lamptey, who doubles as the National President of FISLA graced the program and admonished the ladies to take their health seriously by going for regular breast screenings to avert the development of breast cancer.
