An incident at Metro TV’s Accra location earlier today, Wednesday, November 27, has prompted the Ghana Police Service to open an inquiry.
The Ghana Police Service has said that a court bailiff and police officers visited Metro TV’s location to carry out a court order.
As the investigation progresses, the police issued a statement asking everyone to maintain composure and provide complete cooperation, particularly Metro TV’s management and employees.
The police statement provided clarification on previous allegations that claimed armed men attacked Metro TV and wounded private security guards who attempted to bar the men from entering the Accra-based television station’s building.
