Kwadwo Nkansah “Lilwin,” an actor and musician from Ghana, has been placed under arrest by the Manhyia Divisional Police Command’s MTTD.
Shortly after being released from the hospital, he was arrested today.
The three-year-old boy who died in a recent car accident that he was involved in is connected to his arrest.
The incident happened early on Saturday, May 25, in Amakom, a Kumasi neighborhood in the Ashanti Region, just before the film “A Country Called Ghana” had its premiere.
Witnesses said that the actor’s car swerved into the opposite lane at the Amakom intersection while it was heading toward the WAEC location.
Both Lilwin and his two passengers suffered concussions. The two autos sustained damage from the collision’s impact. A third victim said that the speeding motorist had broken her car’s lights.
