The Ministry of Works and Housing has officially completed the handover of ministerial responsibilities from former Sector Minister Kenneth Gilbert Adjei to the newly appointed Minister, Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim, MP.
The brief ceremony marked an important leadership transition within the ministry and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to continuity, effective administration, and the development of Ghana’s works, housing, and water resources sectors.
The smooth transfer of responsibilities is expected to support ongoing government programmes and policies aimed at improving housing infrastructure, public works, water resources management, and national development.
Senior management of the Ministry of Works and Housing attended the ceremony, including heads of various departments and agencies under the ministry.
