Through financial literacy and inclusion programs, Fidelity Bank Ghana Ltd. and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Ghana have formally established a strategic relationship aimed at enhancing the socioeconomic reintegration of Ghanaian returnees.
On February 10, 2026, a contribution agreement was signed in Accra, sealing the cooperation and demonstrating a common commitment to equipping returnees with useful financial skills that promote long-term reintegration and economic resilience.
As part of the collaboration, which is being carried out through IOM’s Empowering Ghanaian Returnees with Financial Literacy Skills initiative, Fidelity Bank will provide 500 returnees in the Bono, Bono East, Ashanti, and Greater Accra regions with training in essential business skills like budgeting, remittance management, and fundamental business finance in order to facilitate their long-term reintegration.
