Ms Kelis Zulay Moreno Mosquera, the Colombian Embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires in Ghana, made a courtesy call to Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, in order to enhance Ghana-Colombia cultural cooperation.
Ghana’s participation in the 2026 International Book Festival in Colombia and the forthcoming Festival of Traditional Music, a lively cultural event honouring African and Colombian heritage, were the main topics of discussion.
Hon. Gomashie reiterated Ghana’s dedication to advancing artistic exchange, cultural diplomacy, and interpersonal relationships via the arts.
