The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yohuno, has promoted Inspector Hance Atubra of the Tarkwa Divisional Headquarters to the rank of Chief Inspector following his courageous actions during a fire outbreak at Aboso in Ghana’s Western Region.
