Ghana international Jordan Ayew made his Sheffield United debut yesterday as the Blades suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves).
The Ghanaian forward featured for 26 minutes after coming on during the match, marking his first appearance for Sheffield United.
Despite the limited playing time, Ayew recorded one shot, won two fouls and completed three duels as he looked to make an impact for his new club.
The experienced Ghana striker will now hope to build on his debut and play a more prominent role in Sheffield United’s upcoming fixtures.
