In an unexpected turn of events, Menzgold Ghana Ltd. has declared that the clients who are currently under financial strain must satisfy further financial criteria before their claims would be unlocked and handed to them.

Customers who are already experiencing severe financial challenges take this news as a big blow.

The company has finished validating the transaction supporting documents that customers presented, according to a recent statement issued by Menzgold on August 18, 2023, signed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold Ghana Company Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM 1.

Unacceptable breaches were uncovered in an astounding 60% of the claims, which, regrettably, rendered them invalid.

Menzgold is advising clients with legitimate debt transaction claims to purchase the Menzgoid Digital Verification Access Card from accredited Payboy Agents as part of their final due diligence procedure. Customers will be able to check the status of their transaction validation using these GHC650 cards from August 10 until September 14, 2023.

Menzgold adds that unlike during the validation exercise, they cannot offer free verification services.

The business argues that they must devote all of their efforts to paying down their debts. Customers must therefore complete this additional payment obligation in order for their claims to be processed.

Customers are sternly warned that this last round of verification is crucial, and that failing to comply could result in the loss of their claims.

Menzgold cautions consumers that if they skip this procedure, they would forfeit their ability to file a claim and any chance of getting their money back.

Customers of Menzgold, who were already having difficulty due to the company’s demise, are outraged and frustrated by this development.

Many people wonder why they should shoulder greater financial obligations when they are the ones who are suffering in this circumstance.

Some clients have expressed doubt about the firm’s intentions and worry that they won’t ever get the money that is legally theirs.

Years have passed since the beginning of the Menzgold story, during which the business has been accused of many fraud and management violations.

Although the Ghanaian government has taken action to address the problem, a solution still seems to be inconceivable.

Customers are impatiently awaiting the results of this new verification process, and for those who have already been negatively impacted by the Menzgold situation, the future is still uncertain.
