The Minister of Works and Housing, Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, attended the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association’s (GREDA) annual breakfast meeting this morning.

The GREDA brings together real estate industry participants to discuss housing sector policies and future directions while looking for cooperative ways to advance sustainable housing delivery in the nation.

The sector minister encouraged real estate developers to embrace the 24-Hour Economy framework as a special chance to match investments with new growth corridors in order to support the national housing development agenda, following H.E. President John Dramani Mahama’s ratification of the 24-Hour Economy Authority Bill into law.

The minister reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to working with GREDA to undertake sustainable housing development reforms nationwide in order to align with the government’s reset agenda.
