Dr. James Asante, the board chair; Hon. Kobby Woyome, a board member; and Ms. Christine Yieleh-Chireh, the secretary to the board, were present.

Strengthening cooperation between the Ministry and the Commission was the main topic of discussion, especially in the areas of digital governance, information management, and promoting public access to information.

The interaction also made clear how crucial it is for institutions to work together to improve accountability, openness, and the effectiveness of public service delivery.

The Minister greeted the group and reiterated the Ministry’s dedication to collaborating closely with the Commission to facilitate the successful achievement of the Right to Information Act’s goals.
