After completing her tour of duty in Ghana, Her Excellency Ingrid Mollestad, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Republic of Ghana, paid a farewell visit to Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP), Minister for Foreign Affairs, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
During her conversation with the Honorable Minister, Ambassador Mollestad recapped the efforts done to improve ties between Ghana and Norway, focusing on the private sector in particular. She also emphasized her efforts to draw in Norwegian businesses for long-term investment in Ghana. She reiterated Norway’s dedication to ongoing cooperation with Ghana.
The Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP) praised Ambassador Ingrid Mollestad for her efforts to fortify the long-standing bilateral ties between Ghana and Norway and congratulated her on the successful conclusion of her tour of duty.
He also reiterated Ghana’s commitment to maintain bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Norway.
