The National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) has been authorized by the Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament to involve two Members of Parliament (MPs), Mustapha Yussif and Kwame Asare Obeng, also referred to as A Plus, in an ongoing investigation.
The mandate states that the MPs must show up for a preliminary meeting with NIB officials on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
The Sir Emmanuel Charles Quist Conference Room in Parliament will host the conference.
The ruling follows the NIB’s official request to make it easier for the parliamentarians to take part in the inquiry.
The Clerk to Parliament, Mr. Ebenezer Ahumah Djietror, signed the letter granting the NIB’s request.
