In line with our commitment to alleviate the plight of communities adversely affected by flooding resulting from spillage of excess water from the Akosombo and Kpong Hydro-electric Dams, the Volta River Authority has intensified efforts to evacuate affected persons to safe havens, provide relief items (including medical supplies) and restore water supply to affected communities.
