The VRA Emergency Preparedness Team in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) distributed relief items to the following affected communities: Tomekorpe, Dofor Adidome, Volo, Morlikpo Vugodzi, Abortia, New Bakpa, Sokpoe, Battor, and Adidome.
Items that were distributed included bags of rice, maize, gari, beans, sugar, mosquito coils, sachet water, red oil, etc.
VRA’s Medical Team on ground also carried out health education and screening exercises at Aziznya and other communities. The Team donated medical supplies to four districts at North Tongu, South Tongu, Central Tongu and Ada East.
