The Ghana Football Association has reminded Premier League teams to get their PUMA football boots from its Secretariat in Accra.

The second shipment of football boots for Premier League players has arrived in Accra, according to an earlier notification made three weeks ago. These will now be distributed to the 18 Premier League clubs.

In order to reduce some of the cost on club owners in the two top-tier male leagues, football boots are being distributed.

On Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence in Prampram, President Simeon-Okraku announced that a total of five hundred forty (540) pairs of boots would be provided to betPawa Premier League clubs, with one thousand, four hundred and forty (1,440) pairs going to the 48 Access Bank Division One League clubs for distribution to their players.

While several Premier League teams have not yet contacted the Secretariat to request their boots in accordance with their preferred sizes, Division One League clubs have already received their boots from the GFA.

The 48 Division One League clubs and the 18 Premier League clubs will each get a total of 1,980 pairs of boots over the course of a four-year period.
