Ghana’s inflation rate fell to 3.2% in March 2026, according to the most recent data issued by the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS).
This is a minor reduction from 3.3% in February 2026 and a huge drop from 22.4% in March 2025, signifying a 19.2 percentage point drop year on year.
The GSS stated that this is the lowest inflation rate recorded since the 2021 rebasing operation, as well as the 15th consecutive month of disinflation since January 2025, indicating continuing macroeconomic stability.
