The Office of the Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah, the former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, has refuted accusations made against the former minister by the Office of the Special Prosecutor over ownership of a real estate corporation.

The Personal Assistant to Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah, Kofi Mensah, released a statement on behalf of the former Minister in which he claimed that the OSP is only conducting a trial by public opinion, which is illegal, by using the media to incite public animosity toward the family and prejudice the courts based on public sentiment.
