The German Embassy and INZAG Germany representatives met strategically with the Ministry of Health to strengthen bilateral collaboration in the health sector.
The mission met with the Minister of Health, Hon. Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, to address important areas of partnership, such as infrastructure development and migration pathways for health professionals. The delegation was led by Mr. Müller Manuel, the German Ambassador to Ghana, and INZAG personnel.

In keeping with a larger commitment to bolstering health systems throughout the African continent, the summit emphasized Germany’s increasing interest in funding Ghana’s healthcare infrastructure.
Germany’s desire to work with competent Ghanaian healthcare experts through government-to-government collaboration was another major topic of debate.
Both sides looked into the idea of creating a formal framework that would make it possible for qualified Ghanaian medical professionals to find work in Germany on morally righteous and advantageous terms.
Hon. Akandoh underlined how crucial it is to make sure that any such migration program includes safeguards to avoid adverse effects on local healthcare delivery and is in line with Ghana’s national workforce planning policy.

“This collaboration must be built on reciprocity, skills development, and long-term benefits for both nations,” he stated.
The minister thanked the German government and INZAG for their ongoing commitment to assisting Ghana’s health sector growth and expressed confidence about future interactions.
The Commercial Director of INZAG, a renowned German company that specializes in healthcare building and systems engineering, Mr. Diogo Serra, reaffirmed the company’s willingness to collaborate with the Ministry of Health in order to build contemporary and sustainable healthcare facilities around the nation.
Additional technical discussions are planned in order to create a thorough implementation roadmap.
