The goal of the event, which took place at the Education Ministry’s conference room, was to familiarize the new officials with the mission, working culture, and administrative processes of the Ministry.
Presentations about their duties and responsibilities, internal processes, communication protocols, and workplace expectations were given by officials from several directorates in turn.
The Ministry’s strategic objectives and how each employee fits into the larger picture of enhancing Ghana’s educational system were also covered in the orientation.
In order to facilitate a seamless transition into their new positions, participants had the chance to engage with other staff members and ask questions.
