Breman Essiam in the Central Region has enshrined Afua Asantewaa, a former contender for the Guinness World Record, as the Nkosouhemaa (Queen Mother of Development).
The title Nana Afua Asantewaa Anomatewaa I has now been bestowed upon her.
On July 27, 2024, in the Central Region, the Traditional Council organized an enstoolment ceremony that was held in the foyer of the palace of Odeefuo Afankwa III, the Paramount Chief.

Following the enstoolment, she thanked the people of Breman Essiam on X/Twitter, writing, “I am grateful for the honor bestowed upon me.”
