Alexander Djiku, a defender with the Black Stars, has recovered from a hamstring injury and is back in full training with Strasbourg.
The 28-year-old sustained the injury during his team’s 2-2 draw with Toulouse last month.
As a result of Djiku’s absence from the team’s game against Olympique Marseille last weekend, many have expressed concern over the seriousness of the injury before the 2022 World Cup.
The Ghanaian international, though, is back on the field and has started working out with his team.
Djiku is expected to play in Starsbourg’s upcoming league match against Ajaccio this weekend.
