In an effort to make sure that every market under their control is secure before, during, and after the approaching holiday, safety officials from the Amasaman Fire Station are undergoing increased fire safety education and training.
The effort started at the Amansaman Number 2 Market, where recommendations were made to address issues that were found during an inspection exercise that covered the market’s various areas.
To guarantee that there are no market fires this year, the procedure will carry on in the other markets.
