Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson is expected to present Ghana’s 2027 Budget Statement and Economic Policy to Parliament on November 12, 2026.
Deputy Finance Minister Thomas Nyarko Ampem announced the date during the launch of the Ghana Statistical Service’s Ghana in Numbers report in Accra.
He explained that the upcoming national budget will also highlight the government’s New Economy agenda, outlining its economic priorities, development strategies and plans for promoting sustainable growth.
Mr Ampem described the release of the statistical report as timely, noting that it would provide useful data to support preparations for the 2027 Budget.
The budget presentation is expected to outline the government’s revenue and expenditure plans, economic policies and key development programmes for the 2027 fiscal year.
