Petrol prices in Ghana are expected to decline by up to 3.35% per litre from November 1, 2026, while diesel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices are projected to record slight increases during the first November 2026 fuel pricing window.
According to the Chamber of Oil Marketing Companies (COMAC), petrol could sell at an estimated GH¢17.02 per litre, representing a 3.35% reduction. Diesel prices, however, are expected to increase by 1.50% to approximately GH¢18.99 per litre.
LPG prices are also projected to rise by 0.81% per kilogram between November 1 and November 15, 2026.
The latest fuel price projections, reported by JoyBusiness, reflect changes in international crude oil and petroleum product prices, the recent appreciation of the Ghana cedi against major foreign currencies, and ongoing government-industry interventions.
COMAC explained that the government’s continued support and collaboration with industry players are helping to moderate potential increases in diesel prices.
However, motorists and consumers should note that actual fuel pump prices may differ across Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) depending on their pricing strategies and operational costs.
The projected adjustments are expected to influence transportation costs, household spending and fuel-related expenses across Ghana during the first half of November.
