18 new Mpox cases have been confirmed by the Ghana Health Service (GHS), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 346.
With no more deaths recorded and no patients presently undergoing hospital treatment, the death toll stays at one.
The GHS warned the public in its last update on August 7, 2025, to stay vigilant, stay away from people who are exhibiting symptoms, and report suspicious instances as soon as possible to the closest medical facility.
To track contacts and improve the nation’s coordinated response to the outbreak, the Service said it is closely coordinating with its regional directorates.
