The closing ceremony was followed by a signing of an agreed protocol of the 4th Session of the Ghana-Russia PJCC which was signed by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ghana, Hon. Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong, and the Chairman of the Russian Commission and Head of the Federal Agency for Mineral Resources, H.E. Petrov Evgeny.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed for cooperation in education by the Chief Director of the Ministry of Education of Ghana, Mrs. Mamle Andrews and the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ghana, H.E. Berdnikov Sergey. (2/2)
