The Presidency Communications team is set to host another edition of the Government Accountability Series, featuring Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, Ghana’s Minister for the Interior.
The accountability session is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
The event will provide an opportunity for the Interior Minister to highlight key government policies, programmes and achievements under the Ministry of the Interior while addressing issues concerning national security, public safety, immigration, internal security and law enforcement.
The Government Accountability Series forms part of efforts by the government to promote transparency, public engagement and accountability by giving ministers the platform to provide updates on their respective sectors.
Ghanaians are expected to follow the session for updates on the government’s plans and initiatives aimed at strengthening national security, maintaining law and order and improving public safety.
