The Interior Minister, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, has visited Yelzoli-Lana Iddrisu Imoro, the Paramount Chief of Zabzugu, and his elders as part of his stakeholder engagement in the Northern Region.
The Chief and his people were urged by Hon. Muntaka to back the government’s initiatives to maintain regional peace and stability.
In order to clear up misunderstandings and advance community development, he underlined the value of cooperation and communication.
Hon. Muntaka’s visit and efforts to advance regional peace and security were praised by the Paramount Chief.
He gave the Minister his word that they would continue to live in peace and harmony and support the government’s goals.
