NDC Reaffirms Commitment to Peaceful Politics and Ghana’s Democratic Values

The General Secretary of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fifi Fiave Kwetey, has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to promoting peaceful political engagement and strengthening Ghana’s democratic values.

Fiifi Kwetey said all political parties and stakeholders have a shared responsibility to protect the country’s democratic achievements and ensure that Ghana continues to make progress.

NDC Congratulates New NPP National Executives

Mr. Fifi Kwetey made the remarks in a congratulatory message to the newly elected National Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) following the party’s national executive elections.

In his statement issued on Monday, October 5, 2026, the NDC General Secretary expressed optimism that the new NPP leadership would work with other political actors to place the national interest above partisan considerations.
