President John Dramani Mahama attended the Assemblies of God Church’s Men’s Ministry’s Faith Conference on Saturday at the Gomoa Pentecost Convention Center.
President Mahama emphasised the value of faith, morality, and leadership in his speech, emphasising that every generation needs religious individuals.
The President remarked that faith is not characterised by titles, wealth or status, but by one’s character and conduct.

“Being President does not prove that I am a man of faith. It is my character and my works that will prove that I am a man of faith,” he said.
He urged Ghanaians to display their faith via how they treat their marriages, raise their children, handle public resources, speak about others, and serve their communities, underlining that integrity and responsibility are trademarks of genuine faith.
According to President Mahama, the main tenets of a life based in faith are service to others, love for one’s family, obedience to God, and integrity of character.
In addition, he recognised the difficulties that families and society face, such as moral ambiguity, shifting moral standards, and the breakdown of the extended family support network. He urged people to maintain strong family values and their faith.
“Your character is a reflection of your faith,” the President said.
